The box of the palette is crushed, it’s a Christmas present so it’s not ideal. It didn’t come with any paper or bubble wrap or anything, just the box ratting around in the packaging box. Luckily the palette itself is okay and I’ve made my sister aware that the box is crushed

I loved how easy the app was to use and quick my products came. The packaging was amazing also as nothing could break. Nothing at all to complain about.


Received my order pretty quick, although the one little lip ointment came in a large box with two big bits of scrunched paper in. A little unnecessary amount of packaging however all recyclable :)

Applied a discount code in the checkout. Went to my PayPal and I was charged the full amount! Had to cancel the order right away. Such a hassle !

I signed up to get "20 % off my first order", in reality it turned out that this discount is only applied to the most expensive item on your first order so the marketing is very misleading. Also considering their limited selection of brands I wouldn't buy with them again. Much prefer Feel Unique and Look Fantastic.Re their response below: I had initially added several other products from different brands to my basket, none of which qualified for the discount and ended up just buying one TO product to get free shipping. So yes, their marketing is incredibly misleading and there is no guidance available anywhere somewhat accessible as to which brands are included and which ones are not.

On 31st March I placed an order and chose next day delivery, the money was taken however my order was not received! After leaving a bad review (the only way you can contact them) they had explained and said I'd receive a refund within 5-10 working days this was on the 1st of April and I have still not had the funds of £30.95 put back into my account. This is ridiculous now.

Love everything thank you, only issue I had is that fastest curries had smashed half of my package. I was extremely worried that my items may have been damaged but they were not. Other than that incident I am very happy with the products.

I love beautybay. I get all, if not, most of my makeup from there. Usually shipping is grand, usually shows up the next week for me. Super happy.

Giving 3 because the item I got was tiny and the box it can packaged in was huge.. just think small boxes should go with small items
